About me

I am an Ikerbasque Research Associate Professor (non-teaching tenured position) in the Singularity Theory and Algebraic Geometry group at BCAM – Basque Center for Applied Mathematics.

My research interest is the study of singularities from the algebraic point of view, especially multiplicity theory and positive characteristic methods in commutative algebra. You can learn more about my research here.

During the years of apprenticeship I was mentored by Evgeny Golod, Dmitry Trushin, Craig Huneke, Hailong Dao, Mel Hochster, and Boris Shapiro.
